Clinical Alliance Services, LLC is a small group practice serving the Boston (Back Bay) and Cambridge (Harvard Square) communities in Massachusetts. Remote positions are available for psychologists willing to obtain licensure in Massachusetts. Our practice model provides clinical staff the experience of a private practice with the support of a group practice. Our clinicians are encouraged to utilize its clinical expertise to guide treatment as independently as possible and is provided with well-established community training opportunities. Professional development is a key feature of our practice.

We offer individual and couples therapy to adult populations, including college-aged students, comprising a large portion of our client population. Treatment services consistent of weekly or twice-weekly therapy, based on client needs. Our model is heavily influenced by psychodynamic, psychoanalytic and relational/attachment-based treatment approaches. Our clinicians are encouraged to participate in paid training at local psychoanalytic training institutes. Training in CBT and other validated approaches is also encouraged, as we value the flexibility to deliver integrative treatment approaches to best meet our clients’ needs.

Clinical psychologists are responsible for providing weekly or twice-weekly psychotherapy services. Applicants should have solid psychodynamic outpatient experience with adults and demonstrated multicultural competence, as well as an interest in ongoing psychoanalytic / psychodynamic training. Part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible start dates in 2020. Candidates must be independently licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts. Psychologists are employees (not independent contractors) and paid for participating in weekly consultations, meetings, etc., in addition to psychotherapy sessions.
