The Madison VA Hospital is recruiting for two full-time psychologist positions in the Mental Health Service Line to deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment to Veterans with a wide range of mental health conditions. Treatment modalities include individual, group, and virtual appointments. Clinical opportunities are in the Mental Health Clinic (to include DBT and Eating Disorders Team), Whole Health, and Pain Clinic. Staff psychologists may also serve the Psychology Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee, and as part of adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Medicine and Public Health in the Department of Psychiatry.

This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan reimbursement program. If selected for this position, you must meet specific individual eligibility requirements and submit you application with four months of appointment. The final award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) is determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services Office.

This is not a virtual position, however, we are supporting 2-3 days of telework (as determined appropriate by the supervisor) for full-time staff.
