The 3 East Outpatient DBT Program at McLean Hospital is inviting applications for a part time, .75 FTE (30 hour/week) MA licensed or licensed eligible Staff Psychologist to join our team on our Belmont campus.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, familiarity with other evidence-based treatments and comfort dealing with multi-problem children and adolescents. The candidate will be responsible for administering care within the DBT structure offering individual psychotherapy, family psychotherapy, leading skills groups and providing skills coaching to both adolescents and parents.  This person has the responsibility to provide clinical services for assigned patients, as well as to participate in the activities of the program. They should have demonstrated clinical experience relevant to the patients’ needs of the program.  They will participate in teaching and mentoring of trainees at McLean Hospital.  Staff are encouraged to participate in other hospital activities including committees and research. 

Salary and recruitment package in accordance with Hospital policies, and a Harvard Medical School appointment at the academic rank of Lecturer, Instructor or Assistant Professor (full or part time) will be contingent on meeting the requirements for an HMS appointment and candidate qualifications including Massachusetts licensure and being board certified/board eligible.

Qualifications: 

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree in psychology from an accredited school of psychology. 
• Licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.
