Location: USA (SF Bay Area - Northbay)

Teaching responsibilities include three undergraduate courses each semester. Depending on the needs of the
department and the applicant’s areas of expertise, the selected candidate will teach courses in
psychopathology, multicultural psychology, research methods, group processes, counseling, and clinical
psychology. In addition to relevant existing courses, the successful candidate also may teach courses in the
areas of her or his interest and expertise. The successful candidate will maintain an active program of
research/scholarship involving undergraduates. The department is committed to the Teacher/Scholar model
and places an emphasis on faculty support of undergraduate research.

In addition to teaching and scholarship, faculty are expected to provide academic and career advising to
students, to assist the department with program assessment, administrative and/or committee work, and to
serve on campus-wide committees.
