We seek colleagues with theoretical knowledge and practical experience to prepare graduate students, current educators, and/or school and community leaders to deliver high-quality school and community programs.
The position is a two-year, twelve-month, non-tenure track appointment, with eligibility for reappointment based on established NTTP procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses (4/4 teaching load) in areas such as educational psychology, assessment and learning sciences, research methods, testing and evaluation, and analysis of assessment data, and/or current issues in education
- Oversee course sequencing, arrange course scheduling
- Periodically review and evaluate program effectiveness
- Lead recruitment, retention, and advisement of students; monitor student progress and timelines to completion
- Liaise with relevant centers on campus as well as community partners for program expansion
- Integrate current trends in research and practice for program and course development and innovation
- Service activities to support the department/college/university
