We have an opening for an Associate Director for Prevention and Wellness. The ideal candidate will be a licensed mental health professional (licensure in Indiana a plus) and have at least three years of experience working in a university counseling center or with young adults. They will also have experience developing and providing outreach, prevention and wellness initiatives that promote positive mental health.

Position Function: Serve as Associate Director for Prevention and Wellness; responsible for management of outreach, prevention, and consultation services; provide individual and group counseling services to students, faculty, and staff; provide outreach/consultation services; conduct supervision and training; perform administrative duties as assigned; serve on unit, college, and university governance and program committees as appointed and assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Advanced degree in mental health services that is eligible for licensure (MA, ABD, PhD or PsyD in Counseling or Clinical Psychology, Masters in Social Work, Masters Degree in Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent). Two years working in a university counseling center or comparable experience. Two years experience providing outreach in a university or community setting. Experience working with diverse populations.
Minimum Other: Meet eligibility requirements for licensure as a mental health provider in Indiana.
Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. from a program that is APA accredited; licensed as a psychologist in Indiana.
