Family & Adolescent Mental Health Program
- Location: Remote
- Engagement: Project-Based Consulting
About Us
We are a Singapore-based early-stage startup building an AI-supported platform for Chinese parents navigating family challenges and child mental health concerns. Our solution combines:
- Structured, video-based parent education modules with exercises
- An AI chatbot that reinforces learning and supports follow-up conversations
We are building a clinically responsible and culturally grounded program for Chinese families.
Engagement Structure
This is a project-based consulting role, structured around defined content modules. Initial contract: 3–5 modules. Each module is compensated at a fixed rate, determined by experience and scope complexity.
- Master’s-level clinician: USD $4,000 to $6,000 per module
- PhD / Licensed psychologist: USD $6,000 to $8,000 per module
Each module typically represents approximately 30–60 hours of work, depending on depth and AI-assisted workflow.
What Is a “Module”?
Each module focuses on one core topic (e.g., co-regulation, behavioral management, school avoidance, family therapy techniques, understanding anxiety, etc.). Each module includes:
- Video Script Series: Multiple short scripts (3–5 minutes each) with total runtime of 30–60 minutes of content
- Parent Exercises: Questions, reflection prompts and/or activities
- Slide Deck: Concise summary slides to accompany videos
- Citations & Reference list
- Chatbot Content Input: Suggested daily reinforcement prompts or follow-ups
AI Collaboration Model (Cost-Efficient Workflow)
We use LLM tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) to increase efficiency. Workflow may include:
- Brainstorming suitable topics and outlines as a team.
- Consultant conducts research and creates drafts using AI tools + their own expert knowledge
- Consultant review, correction, restructuring, and enhancement
- Consultant-led development of high-risk or clinically nuanced sections
