Clinical Program Director – Psychology – Columbia – ACN
This role will report to the Operations Director of Ambulatory Care Services and will direct and oversee clinical operations of Psychology. In this role you will work closely with Practice Administrators, Medical Directors, Psychology Managers to help with planning, designing & development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to clinical programming. Responsibilities include management of staff in a multi-practice setting, staff development, budget and P & L responsibility, clinical operation management and process improvements, regulatory requirements in collaboration with Medical Director, and compliance with hospital regulations. Essential job duties include direction and maintenance of clinical programming. This role will develop short term and long-term strategies as well as business plans to enhance clinical programming, increase diversity and inclusivity of the staff to better represent the community we serve and maximize quality. Focus includes reimbursement, patient needs, productivity of psychologists, and overall psychology performance. Standardization of clinical protocols and programming across Ambulatory and Outpatient areas.
This is 5 day per week position.
Preferred Criteria
- Leadership experience
- Working in a large health care system
Required Criteria
- Doctoral degree in Psychology
- NYS Psychology License
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication both verbal and written
