Hiring/Budgeted Salary or Hourly Range: The budgeted salary range that the university reasonably expects to pay for this position is $74,000 – $76,000 annually
Full Salary Range: The full salary range for the position is $74,000 – $80,000 annually
Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience; the budget for the position; and the application of fair, equitable, and consistent pay practices at the university.

QUALIFICATIONS
We seek scholar-practitioners who are required to have at least 3 years post PhD in psychology who have graduate level teaching experience, supervised doctoral dissertations and/or a record of research publications, and are licensed (or license eligible) to practice psychology. Faculty members supervise doctoral dissertations, teach course seminars that mix virtual and face to face interactions, and, each year, offer in person seminars at two–three 7-10 day long residential events. Faculty members also conduct monthly, local, in-person meetings with students and serve as their advisor. Candidates who wish to be considered for this faculty position must live in or near (or be willing to relocate) to the Denver, Colorado area.
Preference will be given to candidates who can teach psychological assessment, ethics, cognitive-behavioral theory, or psychodynamic theory. We are particularly interested in applicants with successful experience in teaching, research, and/or clinical work with individuals from marginalized groups. Faculty members are expected to maintain an active program of research and scholarship as well as participate in program and university committees.
