AACI is a dynamic community health center dedicated to serving the underserved and marginalized populations of Santa Clara County. We believe in integrated behavioral health care, where medical conditions and related behavioral health factors are addressed together in one comprehensive setting.
As an Integrated Behavioral Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our Health Center by assessing and treating patients, bridging the gap between physical and behavioral health. Your responsibilities will include providing culturally sensitive short-term therapy to referred patients, collaborating closely with Health Center providers, and integrating care to enhance each patient’s overall well-being. This position can be part-time OR full-time 24- 40 hours, you choose!
Salary $84,858.00 – $120,000.00

Qualifications:
- Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.
- One year or more of clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models.
