Desired qualifications include: (1) experience teaching undergraduate neuroscience courses; (2) experience with multiple teaching modalities, especially online course development and teaching; (3) familiarity with “best practices” in undergraduate education; (4) professional engagement with students in and out of the classroom; and (5) demonstrated success meeting the needs of diverse student populations and/or reaching out to diverse communities. Applicants are expected to give a teaching demonstration if invited to interview.
