HOPE Program is seeking a Supervising Licensed Psychologist to join our integrative team of specialized forensic mental health clinicians at various locations across California. Specific locations include El Cerrito/Concord, Hayward, Stockton, Salinas, Capitola, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, and San Diego.
HOPE program is an outpatient, community clinic, that is certified by the California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB). We are dedicated to delivering best practices to promote positive change in our clients and to assist in successful community reintegration and public safety.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Providing individual and group psychotherapy

Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare reports

Develop and provide clinical training

Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff

Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case consultations
Qualifications

Doctoral Degree in Psychology

Licensed or license-eligible with the California Board of Psychology

Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult sex offender treatment, or 5 years of clinical experience with other populations as an independent, licensed practitioner
