he University of St. Thomas’s Department of Psychology invites applications for a Teaching Professor Faculty position in Developmental Psychology. The appointment will begin in fall 2025, and the search committee welcomes applicants with expertise in teaching our developmental psychology courses (e.g., Infancy & Childhood, Lifespan Development, Adolescence, Adulthood & Aging), biological psychology courses (e.g., Brain & Human Behavior, Drugs & Behavior, Physiological Psychology, Sensation & Perception), and General Psychology. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a teaching load equivalent to instructing (six to eight, typically) four-credit undergraduate courses per year, in addition to student advising and other student-centered service activities (e.g., advising a student club). We are seeking outstanding candidates who are dedicated to innovative and inclusive undergraduate teaching and contributing to the sense of community and support among students, staff, and faculty.
