William James College announces full-time Core Faculty openings within the Doctoral Clinical Psychology Department beginning August 2022. Rank is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities: Core faculty members are involved in teaching, advising, and research supervisor. Additionally, there is the expectation of committee work as well as scholarly productivity.

Qualifications: Applicants must possess a Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology, completed an APA-accredited internship, have teaching experience, preferably be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts, and maintain some involvement in clinical practice or consultation. A demonstrated record of scholarly work defined broadly (e.g., community engagement, educational leadership, innovation, investigation and research) is preferred. Successful applicants will also have a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and multicultural competence in an educational and work environment and must be willing to contribute to the College’s strategic plan of inclusion. The department welcomes applications from individuals who may have had nontraditional career paths, or who may have taken time off for family reasons, or who have achieved excellence in careers outside of academia. Applicants must be able to assume employment in the United States without College Sponsorship. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
