Principal Duties: Purdue University’s Department of Psychological Sciences invites applications for a tenure-track/tenured faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology to begin in the Fall of 2024. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct original research, mentor students, and teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses. Qualifications: The candidate must have a Ph.D. in I-O Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, or a related field by the position start date. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate the ability and/or potential to publish high-quality research, obtain external funding, excel in teaching and mentoring, and work collegially and respectfully with a range of colleagues and students. Area of substantive research expertise is open, including gender and race (and other characteristics) at work, recruitment and selection, individual differences, well-being, occupational health, leadership, culture, teams, training, and motivation.
