The Psychology Department at Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for one and possibly two Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Instructor positions (depending on qualifications) for the academic year 2021-2022. Appointment is for one year with possibility of renewal for a second or third year contingent on teaching performance, needs of the department, and administrative approval. 

Area of research specialization is open. Teaching will be in  our core courses (Introductory Psychology and/or Experimental Design and Statistics), as well as courses in their area of specialty. Teaching load is 3/3 and visiting faculty members  also have the opportunity to supervise students engaged in for-credit research experiences. The department is committed to excellence in both teaching and scholarship and our curriculum emphasizes student research and laboratory experience.
